If a project is marked “May Be Used in Ads,” the brand shown on that project may use your approved content in paid advertising through its own brand pages or advertising accounts. By applying for and accepting one of these projects, you agree to this potential advertising use.

No. “May Be Used in Ads” means permission, not guaranteed placement. Your content may or may not ultimately be selected for advertising.

Every project shows its reward before you apply. Rewards vary depending on the content required and are paid as Msteri Store Credit.

Think of it like money to spend at Msteri. 1 Msteri Credit = AED 1, so if a project rewards you with 100 credits, you’ll have AED 100 to spend at Msteri.

Yes! You can spend your credit or keep it and combine rewards from future projects for a bigger Msteri haul.

Your Store Credit is issued after you submit the required content and Msteri approves the completed project.

We may ask for reasonable changes if the submitted content doesn’t match the project brief. Once the required content is completed and approved, your project reward can be issued.

The deadline is shown on each project before you apply. Your countdown begins when your project product is delivered, so please only apply if you can complete the content within that timeframe.

Please only accept a project you intend to complete. Creators who receive products but fail to submit the agreed content will no longer be eligible for future Msteri UGC Projects.

No. A good smartphone is perfectly fine. We care more about clear video, good lighting, a clean setting and content that follows the brief than expensive equipment.
